Nothing on this website constitutes a binding engineering proposal or contract. All structural, geotechnical, or façade engineering engagements are governed exclusively by a separately executed services agreement between Aether Struct and the client, which will detail scope, fees, deliverables, and liability terms specific to that project.

All designs, drawings, calculations, and technical content produced by Aether Struct remain our intellectual property until otherwise assigned in a signed project agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Information on this website is presented in good faith but is not a substitute for project-specific engineering analysis. Aether Struct is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of general website content rather than a formal engineering engagement.
