Petronas Exchange Tower is a 54-storey corporate headquarters delivering 118,000 m² of flexible office accommodation directly connected to the KLCC transit and retail network.

Deep limestone with unpredictable cavities beneath the site required an extensive grouting and probing programme before a piled-raft foundation could be certified against differential settlement.

A perimeter tube frame with a braced central core gives the tower its lateral stiffness while freeing the office floors of internal columns, and a low-iron glass façade maximises daylight without overheating the workspace.
