Marina Horizon Centre is a 62-storey Grade-A commercial tower delivering 190,000 m² of column-free office space on reclaimed land at the edge of Marina Bay.

The reclaimed marine clay demanded an engineered raft over a grid of barrettes to control long-term settlement, while a composite steel-and-concrete frame maximised lettable floor plates with minimal internal columns.

The tower achieved Green Mark Platinum certification through a double-skin ventilated façade, greywater recovery, and a chilled-beam cooling strategy — cutting operational energy by nearly a third against code baseline.
